Analysis of national and foreighn practice of collaboration between business and government agencies in the international trade

Abstract

Purpose: In the article, results of the collaboration between businesses, which take part in the international trade, and government agencies, that control cross border goods’ replacement, were analyzed. Discussion: The Author analyzed the main indicators in comparative, that describe the given process both in Russia, and some other states (Finland, Singapore, New Zealand) on the base of ratings and reports of international organizations. After analysis it was revealed, in the first place, that Russia Federation has lower indicators than other states and, secondly, that the basic issues, that are faced by businesses, are significant time costs of customs clearance and corruption. Results: The summary has been done about importance of usage of recommendation that are published by international organizations of trade, especially, one of them, the «single window». It plays significant role in the simplification of international trade barriers.
