Abstract

Purpose : to determine the method of forming labor remuneration in industrial enterprises, this allows the employer to minimize the costs of paying employees. Discussion : the article analyzes the problems connected with the establishment of an objective wage rate for workers in industrial enterprises. The authors carried out a comparative analysis of models of changes in labor remuneration and considered examples illustrating changes in the payroll growth fund under various business conditions. Authors have checked up the theory that the incremental method of formation of the payroll fund is more attractive for the business owner in terms of providing savings. Results : the authors have proved that the incremental method of formation of the wage fund in comparison with the level method is more attractive for the business owner in terms of realizing the possibility of saving money for wages.
