Abstract

Purpose: development of a functional model of industrial employees’ incentives system during a production of a new commodity. Discussion: the article discusses industrial management functions during a new commodity production. The evaluation of industrial employees’ satisfaction with incentives system was performed. The functional connectivity between organization’s parts and management functions was examined. Results: Functional model of industrial employees’ incentives system at the time of an innovative commodity production.
