Abstract

Purpose: the authors offer the methodical substantiation of building a combined model that provides the possibility of multidimensional forecasting for calculations, taking into account the system balance of socio-economic dynamics development. Discussion: multidimensionality is one of the main problems that need to be overcome when predicting socio- economic development. The approach to the forecast systems building relies more on methods of expert assessments in a market economy. The authors submit the source data in digital format for vector of development description and suggest use formalized methods for this reason. One of the possible approaches to solve this problem is a model based on a matrix predictor, in which the econometric approach will be combined with the ideas of multidimensional forecasting, allowing you to carry out a system- balanced forecast of dynamics. Results: the authors described in detail the methodological foundations of the constructing procedure for a combined model based on the matrix predictor, taking into account the systemic balance of dynamics.
