Prospects for the development of regional human capital in terms of digitalization of the economy

Abstract

Purpose: the work is devoted to the study of the problem of human capital development in the context of digitalization of the economy. Discussion: the article considers the main prerequisites for the development of the digitalization process in the economic activity, as well as the introduction of these processes in the education system, its transformation, reformation and the impact consequences of digital technologies on the labor market. The system of human capital management in the region in the context of digitalization of the economy are in a developing state and require additional research. Results: the regularities and directions of development of regional human capital in the conditions of digitalization and globalization of the economy. The directions of development of the education system as a multi-level system on the basis of corporate programs focused on the practical application of all the knowledge in the regional labor market, taking into account the individual characteristics of the human capital.
