The effectiveness analysis of the lessor activity on real estate market

Abstract

Purpose: the authors form guidelines for the effectiveness analysis of the organization activity. This organization is the owner of the shopping center. Discussion: Rent of retail space in the shopping center is a common format of retail trade. Its demand is an incentive to invest in retail real estate. Regular analysis of the effectiveness for these companies provides relevant and reliable information for timely maneuvering in the saturated market of commercial real estate. To date, there is a shortage of relevant methodological developments. Results: the authors presented guidelines for the effectiveness analysis for the organization - the owner of the shopping center, including a description of the main stages of analytical work, information support of their implementation, an example of the report on the effectiveness of activities intended for senior management of the organization.
