Abstract

Purpose: to explore the regulatory framework, the current procedure for planning costs included in the tariff for maintenance and repair of housing and develop recommendations for improving the methodology for calculating the costs of maintaining and repairing an apartment building.Discussion: the feasibility of an economic rationale for the composition and cost of work to be performed by organizations of housing authorities in the operation of an apartment building and the need to improve the procedure for planning the costs of repair and maintenance of housing due to the lack of a qualitative methodological base. Results: proposed an approach to the economic rationale of the cost of performing work on the current repair and technical maintenance of housing and sanitary maintenance of common areas and local area and improving the procedure for planning the costs of maintaining and repairing housing.
