Information system for managing business trips of employees of the organization
Abstract
Purpose : the article is devoted to the optimization of labor management in economic entities with normal working hours. Within the framework of the «Digital economy of the Russian Federation» program, this area is becoming more and more interesting from all subjects of labor relations. Discussion : assuming that employees of organizations with a traveling nature of work spend a lot of time working with information about completed or upcoming business trips, tasks to perform, destinations, creating queries and reports, as well as searching for the required information, the authors suggest automating this activity. Results : the authors developed an information system for managing business trips of employees of the organization, presented the project and program part of the system implementation, and economic evaluation of its effectiveness. The results of the study showed that the developed system allows for much better organization of the labor management system.
