Information system for the management of additional education at the university

Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to the optimization of the management of the system of additional adult education. As part of the implementation of the program «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation», this area is gaining more and more interest from all subjects of the educational process. Discussion: аssuming that the staff of the structure of additional education at the university spend a lot of time working with information about students and teachers, accounting for the payment made by students, the success of the certification of students, creating queries and reports, as well as searching for information, the authors propose to automate this activity. Results: the authors have developed an information system for the management of additional education at the university, presented the project and program part of the implementation of the system, the economic assessment of the effectiveness of its application. The results of the study showed that the developed system allows you to significantly better organize the management system of additional education at the university.
