Policy of municipal union in the theoretical and practical aspects

Abstract

In article the problem of formation of the categories characterizing the social and economic policy, spent on municipal level is considered. The structure of the categories which use allows to generate is offered and is effective to realize the social and economic policy of municipal unions.
