Abstract
In the article the market is considered as a system of social and economic relations, which allows to suggest possibility of its development through enterprise management relationships with stakeholders as a resource. And on the basis of existing theories tool of modeling of development of the market, based on the construction and maintenance of various types of relationships between agents, is worked out.
