Abstract
Development of marketing information system and increase in possibilities of processing and the analysis of data lead to strengthening of a role of marketing information systems in information support of decision-making at the top of manager_mepsistrative hierarchy. If earlier information systems were used, mainly, for providing information needs of the lowest administrative link, now the use of MIS by the top mana-gers steadily grows.
