Market of Bread and Bakery Products of Voronezh Region: Analysis of Trends in Development

Abstract

Aspects of the problem of domestic baking industry, relating in particular to the existing format of the state regulation of the industry and Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization are discussed. The condition and prospects of development of the Russian market of bread and bakery products are analyzed. The specific features that characterize the production of bakery products in the Voronezh region are revealed.
