Formation of quality management system in the Russian financial organizations

Abstract

The need of development a quality management system for Russian financial institutions on the basis of international standards for global integration of the entire Russian financial system only increases, and this leads to increase the requirements and demands of consumers for banking services and products, and increased competition due to the arrival of the domestic market major Western banks, with their high standards of service. Author considered possible to provide interconnection requirements and achieved effects in the form of a roadmap. For the realization and implementation of the tasks set by the road map, it defines the main participants of the QMS in organizations of financial services, where the most actively involved three structural units: Process engineering teams, the quality of the service, the committee on quality, as well as three key roles: a functional manager, the owner and analystof process.
