The bureaucracy phenomenon in the transition period of the Russian economy development

Abstract

The model of bureaucracy including three main levels of its description in the transitional stage of the Russian economy transformation is considered in the article. The directions of bureaucratic actions manifestation were illustrated in the context of the main sub-functions of state regulation.
