Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to the questions of formation mechanism of resource efficiency, meeting the requirements of systematic, scientific, profile, modern, integrated and able to solve a wide range of manager_mepsistrative tasks through economic, social and administrative management, taking into account industry characteristics of bakeries. Discussion: the article presents the key measures to improve the system of production and technological, organizational and administrative areas within the resource – management policy of the company in terms of innovative economic development, there are identified the main obstacles to sustained economic growth of industrial enterprises and identified synergies rationalize the use of working capital to enterprises of the baking industry. Results: the authors have articulated the main directions of the implementation of resource efficient policies for the development of innovative investment model of economic growth of domestic bakeries in the context of resource-saving.
