Transformational lead and involvement as basis of effective management
Abstract
Purpose: assessment of maintenance of a transformational lead and involvement of personnel as bases of effective management. Discussion: The involvement can be considered as the highest form of motivation that does natural body height of attention of the Russian management to this indicator. The state of emotional and intellectual commitment of the company is important for the successful work of the company's personnel. However, the involvement of staff depends not only on the style of leadership. The inspiring or transformational lead is necessary. Transformational leadership is characterized by the high level of attention to the specific person, ability to intellectual stimulation, ability to inspire. The transformational lead enlarges efficiency transaction, but isn't its replacement. The first criterion of the European model of business superiority of EFQM is "Lead" which includes the main activities of the leader. Results: The author substantiated the need to use conceptual ideas of transformational leadership and involvement of employees. Increased involvement will lead to improved management and performance of the organization
