Abstract

Dependence of retention volume of phenolic compounds in conditions of microcolumn reversed
- phase HPLC on their hydrophobility and eluent abilities of mobile phases is discussed. As criterion of
hydrophobility of sorbats the logarithm of distribution between water and 1-octanol, designed with
algorithm BioByte is used. The new criterion of eluent forces and eluotropic line for modifiers reversed
mobile phases is offered.
