Abstract

Studiyng the conditions of RNA extraction revealed the guanidine isothiocyanate protocol to be
the most effective for RNA extraction from blood cells. The current study highlights the importance of
microsurrounding maintenance while gene expression analysis is in progress. It was shown that primer
melting temperature and MgCl2 concentration adjustment is essential for PCR detection of certain
sequences optimization
