System of index of a complex estimation of efficiency of the food market
Abstract
The article presents a system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the food market, consisting of four groups of indicators. They make it possible to characterize the current situation in the food market in a complex, to determine the prospects for its development in the future, as well as to develop recommendations for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of the food market and food security in general. The above algorithm has been tested in the Voronezh region.
