Abstract

The article reveals the content and structure of the regional policy of interaction between the State and the business. It bases the conceptual approach to its development. The core of this approach is stimulation the creation processes; functioning and future development of the determined aggregate of business units (clusters) oriented on achievement the competitive advantages of the concrete area.
