The concept of system of management of commercialization of IT innovations
Abstract
The article describes the subjects of a subsystem of commercialization of innovation. The nonlinear mechanism of the «Loop of mutual reinforcement» is depicted, which will stimulate the development of IT innovations. The diagrams of expenses for technological innovations of organizations, by subjects of the Russian Federation are displayed. A conceptual system for managing the commercialization of IT innovations in terms of indicators of harmonization of the interests of the manufacturer and the consumer was developed. Implementation of the proposed concept will give the chance to settle at an acceptable level, the balance of interests of the consumer and the manufacturer.
