Adaptive employment as a conceptual framework of labor market development
Abstract
In the article the analysis of the existing conceptual foundations of the study of employment and concluded that none of the concepts do not provide a clear picture of the processes occurring in the relations of employment of the population at the present stage. Proposed and substantiated the hypothesis of the necessary analysis and conceptual understanding of co-evolution of diversified forms of employment, standard and non-standard forms. Also examined system factors that affect the development of adaptive employment, including factors external and internal environment. In conclusion, the conclusion about the necessity of government use those tools that will contribute to the growth of the degree of adaptability of the employment relationship in the turbulence of the external environment.
