Abstract

Low level of AIC CBEA (modern locomotive district) and its large territorial asymmetry effect on employment and incomes, reduced demand for services and infrastructure impairs many MO. Sustainable Agribusiness state should be achieved in a balanced development of its major subsystems, and full use of all the potential of the rural labor. It is advisable to develop high-tech production of large enterprises, and environmentally-friendly (biological) production oriented to small and medium-sized enterprises, private households and peasant farms. The expansion of agricultural production in rural areas can be achieved through cooperation and integration of small-scale production enterprises, integrators.
