Management of firm as system of its interests participants and contradictions between them

Abstract

In article interests of participants and a problem of occurrence of contradictions in the firms having the corporate device are considered. Ways of resolution of conflicts between the basic participants the firms applied thus tools of management are considered, the results reached at their use are analyzed.
