Using of marketing instruments in realization of the strategy of socio-economic territory development

In the article the influence of the index health on socio-economic process is explored. The priority of reproduction of health qualitative indexes, that have an important influence on the realization of socioeconomic development strategy, is substantiated. The methodology of forming a self-saving behaviour type, that includes of public relations management, is offered.
