Abstract

The futility of human capital (HC) measurement in a habitually one-dimensional value frame which ignores dual real-and-complex HC nature was shown. Based upon the researchers' opinions content-analysis, the algebra of complex numbers for two-dimensional HC measurement was proposed by way of the method-superstructure C№ to be applied to the tested valuation methods. This is to illustrate the possibility of transition from statics to dynamics while measuring HC. An attempt of numerical values ' economic interpretation from C№ application on four quadrants of complex plane was made, graphic representation of the interrelation dynamics «creative and negative HC/linear and developing consciousness» on the example of the first and second quadrants was shown too.
