About the new strategy of socio-economic development of Voronezh region

Abstract

Article purpose-justification of teoretiko-methodical approach to formation regional «Strategy -2035» and his approbation on the example of the Voronezh region. Results - teoretiko-methodical approach to formation of regional strategy which has allowed to reveal basic competitive advantages of the Voronezh region is reasonable. At the heart of approach - a combination of the parameters of social and economic development specified in official statistical data with the positions characterized by ratings and reykings. On their basis basic provisions of the offered strategy are formulated: fixing of an upward trend of development of economy, providing a steady position of area in group of regions - leaders in rates of economic growth and quality of life; activization of joint authorities of action and business on effective use of traditional and new competitive advantages; mobilization of a complex of endogenous and exogenous factors of social and economic development of the region endogenous factors have to be taken into account first of all. Discussion - as mechanisms of realization of strategy are offered: clusterings of social and economic space of the region; public and private partnership; effective spatial localization of business.
