Methodological aspects of the formation and taxation endowment fund non-profit organizations

Abstract

Problems tax profit organizations are some of the most difficult problems of implementation of fiscal policy. The article discusses the features of taxation and the formation of specific capital in the Russian non-profit organizations. Special attention is paid to the model of functioning endowment funds, the management structure of the target capital, and also analyzes the experience of creation and operation of endowment funds in Russia.
