Abstract

The processes of sorption fat-soluble vitamins (A, D3, and E) from solutions of i-propanol - water
have been investigated on the sorbent Strata Traditional C18-E. Dynamic capacity of the sorbent has been
measured with respect to each vitamin. The degree of desorption of fat-soluble vitamins by different volumes
of i-propanol has been determined.
