Abstract

Mathematical theory for computation of the characteristics of chromatographic peaks, as their
weights and locations, is developed in this work. The coefficients of basic chromatographic equations are
assumed to be arbitrary dependent on time and space coordinates. The theory can be applied for a wide
variety of high-performance chromatography realization variants.
