Abstract

We investigated the possibility of using the method of thin-layer chromatography on normal-phase sorbent STH-1A (plate "Sorbfil") for the analysis of some members of the group monohydroxylated, toxic to humans and animals. As objects of study, we have considered the hydroxybenzene, 2,4-dimetilgidrazina, 2,6-dimethylhydroxylamine, 2,4-dimethyl-6-tert-butylhydroxyanisole and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-metilgidroksibenzoat. Calculated parameters of chromatographically the analytes in a thin layer of sorbent stkh-1A using a one-, two - and three-component mobile phases of low and medium polarity on the basis of hexane, benzene, chloroform, dioxane and propanol-2. Identified and justified the optimal conditions of separation monohydroxylated and identify them as pure, and after discharge from the biological material by infusion with ethyl acetate. Thus as the movable phase, appropriate use of solvent mixtures hexane-benzene (4:6) (the factor of polarity P=1.24), providing the values of the degree of separation of the most similar chromatographic mobility of the substance in the range of 1.2-3.15 in.
