Respectable labor indicators as a basis for the development of social partnership (for example KUSVO «VOKPND»)

Abstract

The article considers the system of social partnership as the basis for the implementation of standards of respectable labor. Developed and tested at the enterprise the system of indicators of social partnership that helped to identify weaknesses in the activities of the trade Union Committee KUSVO «VOKPND» implementation of the principles of decent work. The conducted study allowed to propose a number of activities that contribute to the development of the conceptual framework of decent work based on social partnership.
