Motivation potential of labor: key requirements to formation and development

Abstract

In this article the essence of motivation potential of labor and marked necessity of it development and using in raise of potency and efficiency of practical actions are defined. The primarily requirements which provide formation and development of motivation potential of labor are particularly considered. Positive experience of formation conditions for elaboration and expansion of motivation potential of labor is described on example of concrete organization.
