Real-life experience of implementing modern compensation systems for personnel

Abstract

The paper justifies the need for transition towards modern compensation systems for personnel. The author's methodology of creating a compensation system, that is adequate to contemporary business environment, has been illuminated. The experience of its implementation as well as the effect received have also been shown.
