Regional features of non-standard forms of employment diversification in the new economic reality
Abstract
Subject. The combination of social and labour relations that develop in the process of non-standard forms of employment diversification.
Purpose. To research into the extent and features of the development of non-standard forms of employment diversification in the new economic reality
Methodology. The study is based on the fundamental principles of labour economics, as well as its modern accomplishments. To achieve the goal and resolve the challenges we used such general and specific scientific methods as scientific abstraction, analysis, deduction, induction, comparison and a combination of historical and logical methods/
Results and discussion. We discovered that the development of non-standard forms of employment diversification in Voronezh region and Donetsk People's Republic is booming. At the same time, the extent of non-standard employment in Voronezh region is greater. It was established that being mainly a voluntary choice of employees themselves, the expansion of non-standard forms of employment is accompanied by both positive and negative effects.
Conclusions. In the new economic reality, the national employment policy at all levels of the economy is subject to significant changes aimed at regulating the process of the diversification of its forms. However, in terms of effective management decision-making, the issue of forming a data base that takes into account the regional features of non-standard forms of employment diversification remains relevant.
