Essence of the system of stimulation of workers and itselements

Abstract

The article reveals the essence and the content of the categories of «incentives for employees» and «workers’ incentive system» from the perspective of contemporary approaches to the management of social and labor relations. Identified elements of incentive workers and theoretically justified the need for their inclusion in the system.
