Abstract

The article proposes an interpretation of the concept of «cluster activation», the results of a comparative assessment of its directions and objectives contained in the updated strategies of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal law of the Russian Federation of June 28, 2014 No 172 «Оn strategic planning in the Russian Federation». The strengths and weaknesses of the cluster activation strategy process are determined.
