the article reveals the possibilities of managing the utility of knowledge of labor, determined by the employee. In the logic of the principle of emergence it is shown that the systemic effect, which consists in the emergence of new properties of labor activity, is the total and marginal utility of knowledge of labor actions determined by the worker. The presented aspects of the analysis can be used in solving applied problems of labor management in socio-economic systems, as well as in further studies on the problem of managing the utility of knowledge of labor.
