Abstract

In article the interrelation of the categories «innovations» and «the market of intellectual property» is investigated. The analysis of innovative activity in Russia, caused by indicators of functioning of the market of intellectual property is carried out. Measures of state regulation and stimulation of development of the market of intellectual property are offered.
