Food security as factor of the stable condition of Russia and central black earth region

Abstract

In order to achieve sustainable development and food security in Russia is necessary to increase self-reliance and self-sufficiency in food areas at different levels to achieve balance and improve the interaction between industries and sectors of the economy, as well as the optimal environmental management.
