Human potential: methodological approaches to research and realization problems in the conditions of the Russian economy

Abstract

In the article the author 's interpretation of the category of «human potential». Human potential is considered as a complex socio-economic phenomenon conceptualized from different sides: as economic category, as a socio-economic system, as one of the objectives of the government's development strategy. The analysis of a current state and tendencies of human potential in the Russian economy, the basic problems of its formation, development and reproduction in key spheres of social being are revealed.
