Abstract

In time of instability in Russia there is a change in managerial approach, characterized by increasing impact of such intangible factor as goodwill. In this article the author examines the examples how adverse events, connected with unprofessional management of business reputation, can influence the company as a whole, and which action takes Russian business at the present time in this direction.
