The overall rate of unemployment serves as an indicator of labor market state at Voronezh region. Key trends of its development are shaped by an influence of the complex of objective social, economic, and political factors, which define the specific regional environment. The complex of measures to implement that will promote a stabilization of labor market in Voronezh region and overcoming the high rate ofunemployment has been presented.
