Abstract

In this article are considered the main theories of inter-firm network development and also critical point of views connected with evaluation of the theories congruence to business practice. For acknowledgement or disclaimer of the theoretical approaches are adduced results of empirical studies, which are executed in purpose of examination of concepts and models of inter-firm network development process validity.
