Abstract

Sorption features of quinoline derivatives from water-acetonitryle solution under condition of RP
HPLC was investigated. This features manifested in the existence of extreme dependence between the
retention factors and the composition of the solution. It was suggested that the processes of association and
solvation in water-acetonitrile solution of quinoline derivatives affect on their sorption, it was illustrated by a
corresponding change in pH and electrical conductivity.
