Оценка сорбционных возможностей ионотропных альгинатных гидрогелей по данным элементного анализа
Аннотация
В работе проведено теоретическое и экспериментальное исследование сорбционных возможностей ионотропных гидрогелей, приготовленных на основе биополимерных полисахаридных цепей альгината натрия и сшитых двухвалентными катионами различных металлов. Микроструктуру и элементный анализ гидрогелей изучали методами электронной микроскопии и энергодисперсионного микроанализа с привлечением методов комбинаторики. Установлено наличие двух типов сорбционных эффектов, которые могут возникать в гидрогелях альгината натрия, стабилизированных щелочно-земельными металлами. Возможности химической сорбции тяжелых металлов, связывающихся с альгинатными цепями за счет координационно-ковалентного взаимодействия, определены экспериментально и рассчитаны с помощью методов комбинаторики. На основе данных элементного анализа гидрогелей оценен вклад физической сорбции ионных ассоциатов, которые могут удерживаться вблизи альгинатных цепей за счет более слабых взаимодействий. На примере альгината стронция показано, что добавление углеродных нанотрубок в структуру гидрогеля изменяет их сорбционные возможности, приводя, в первую очередь, к увеличению физически адсорбируемых молекул.
