The mechanism of development integration processes in agrarian and industrial complex

Abstract

The efficiency of the integral structures totally depends on their theoretically substantiated development. According to these conditions the article primarily regards the mechanism of land, property and distributive relation of the integral structures in the Agro-Industrial Complex. The great consideration was given to the mechanism of land relation, and under the land. Code of Tajikistan the mechanism of the land relation is proposed schematically. It is also concerns the mechanism of the debt solution of the cotton-growing farms and their property re lations with the integrator. The ways of the debt account for the cotton-growing farm with the processing enterprises were proposed and, according to the debt load for one ha, they suggest four variants of their account. It is also regards the mechanism of the distributive relations in the integral structures.
