The state corporations: outer effects and development contradictions

Abstract

Given article is devoted to consideration of questions of functioning of state corporations at the present stage of development of the Russian economy. The author proves a position that state corporation development is generated by negative outer effects which interfere with economic modernization of the country. The reason such externals is covered in the contradictions inherent in state corporations. The analysis of contradictions of development of state corporations is actual at revision of a state policy in the fi eld of innovative development.
