Principles of management of institutional changes in the region
A problem of institutional changes are one of the central directions of improvement of management of the social and economic systems of various levels in justification. Need of change of formal, informal rules, traditions of business communication for strengthening of their positive influence on social and economic development of regions doesn't raise doubts. However at the same time there is unresolved a question why one institutes easily are accepted by the reformed systems, others - are torn away. The problem consists in insufficient accounting of the principles of management of institutional changes which at the moment have no sufficient theoretical justification. The conducted research has allowed to reveal four large groups of the principles of management of institutional changes in regions of the Russian Federation: principles o fpreservation and development of parameters of an institutional order of redistributivny economy; principles of addition of parameters of an order of redistributivny economy with elements of market economy; principles of respect for evolutionary nature of changes; principles of the organization of management process specific to an institutional subsystem of the region.
